6. Photo Notification Service (“Link Your Dog”)

Our website allows you to link your dog to your contact details. When your dog achieves a placement at a show whose results we publish, we will send you an email containing a link to the relevant photo galleries.

Data processed: Name, email address, dog’s name, breed, sex, country, show results

Purpose: Email notification when photos of your dog become available

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent, given by ticking the relevant checkbox in the form

Retention: The link remains active until you withdraw your consent. You may withdraw at any time by contacting us at hello@prodog.photography.

7. Newsletter

With your consent, we send a newsletter with information about upcoming dog shows and events we cover.

Purpose: Sending information about upcoming dog shows

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent

Email service provider: MailerLite. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with this provider pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

8. Customer Data (Shop)

When you purchase photographs through our shop (shop.prodogmagazine.com), the data required to process your order (name, email, payment information) is processed. This data may also be used to send you relevant photo gallery notifications in future, provided you have consented to this.
